Any CM member can test for 1st and 2nd test.But final-testers/co-leader/leader can final test. |

I think that's wrong though KM. Just being good enough to compete at a high level doesn't necessarily mean people have good evaluation skills.
I see what your saying, but pretty much your either good, great, or you suck. High level players for the most part can tell who's good and who has potential. Also it's easy to spot someone who isn't good at all. Also just in case they don't have the best evaluation skills, that's why you need two tests and a final to get in, so there's different peeps giving opinions. |
